Airdash was one of countless thrash bands that sprouted in the late 80's, though one of the few from Finland. Thank God It's Monday, reviewed here, is a standard thrash album, energetic and entertaining but not much different than any number of other albums from that time, with Juha Laine's monotonic vocals hindering the originality of the songs. One member was later seen in the much better Stone, with another (Kirka Sainio) briefly seen in the early days of Gandalf.
