Chariot

Chariot played standard, blue-collar NWOBHM-style metal,
releasing two decent albums at the tail end of the NWOHBM movement.
They were the first (and also only?) signing by Shades Records,
formed by the same people who ran the then-famous Shades record
store in England.
After a time, the band gradually metamorphosed into the band later
known as Dirty Deeds, and then just
Deeds,
that band releasing three albums from 1997 to 2002.
In May 2004 came the report that Chariot was back in business,
with three of the four original members on board.
Since then, a new album has been released,
Behind The Wire, in 2006.
