Conception
A classic melodic power metal band with a distinctively European
flavor, Conception garnered fine reviews and a loyal following
throughout their career.
After four albums the band folded, and the members scattered to
other bands, with vocalist Roy Khan joining
Kamelot,
guitarist Tore Østby forming
Ark,
and bassist Ingar Amlien forming
Crest Of Darkness
(with whom drummer Arve Heimdal also served for a time).
