Construcdead  


Featuring a couple of members from the Swedish metal scene, Construcdead was formed in the late nineties and debuted with several early releases (some sources say these were EPs, others claim them as demos) before a full-length debut album in 2002, Repent, followed by Violadead two years later. Construcdead's sound is an blend of any number of contemporary Swedish death metal bands, notably Carnal Forge, Darkane, or At The Gates, with an emphasis on speedy, thrashy riffs and song structures. As such, it would be a stretch to call their style fresh or original, but they clearly know what they are doing, and Scandinavian death/thrash fans are encouraged to seek these guys out.
