Crysys
There have been many bands like Crysys over the years -- they
scrape together enough money for a self-financed, low-budget album
(that usually doesn't get much attention outside their hometown)
and then disappear.
Though they weren't British, Crysys had a sound very similar to
the NWOBHM bands of that time.
And while not revolutionary,
Hard As Rock was a pretty good album.
