Havayoth
Havayoth is a project led by Marcus Norman, one of those Swedish
metallists who have their hands in a number of different bands
(in this case, Ancient Wisdom,
Naglfar, and
Bewitched),
joined by Andreas Hedlund, aka
Vintersorg.
His Creation Reversed is a rich, majestic, atmospheric gothic
metal album, calm yet forceful, exuding class through and through.
Vintersorg has long been one of the more distinctive vocalists
in metal, and here as elsewhere he does not disappoint, as his
soaring baritone voice complements the arrangements perfectly.
As this is basically a studio-only project consisting of a pair
of very busy musicians, it remains to be seen if and when another
recording will take place.
