M.A.N  

M.A.N is the latest project led by vocalist Tony Jelencovich, a man who's been quite busy recently, currently singing for Angel Blake, appearing for a time in Mnemic, and formerly in charge of Transport League, the band of which M.A.N is essentially a continuation. Though the band may not be fond of the description, Obey, Consume, Reject might best be slotted in the nu-metal category, due to Jelencovich's roaring vocals, the downtuned guitar riffs, and general song structures. This in itself is not a bad thing, and in fact OCR has some good ideas and rocks pretty heavily, though the tag nu-metal doesn't carry a lot of weight in 2007. A good album for the modern metal fan, though with Jelencovich always moving about it's hard to tell if this is a long-term project.
