Merauder

Merauder emerged straight from the hardcore scene of New York in the
early nineties, opting for a more metallic sound while retaining
hardcore cred.
Thus,
though labelled metalcore, "hardcore metal" might be a better term,
as this band doesn't sound like the wave of current metalcore acts,
instead opting for a more traditional power/thrash metal base, topped
with angry, hateful vocals courtesy of Jorge Rosado.
Three albums were recorded between 1995 and 2003 with varying lineups,
Rosado put together an all-new lineup and a fourth album,
God Is I,
was released in 2009.
