Mercenary

Mercenary has been a major force in the Danish metal field for a number of years, recording five albums and an EP over the past decade amidst several lineup changes. Architect Of Lies, their newest, appears to slot between a standard power/progressive metal style and the more modern version of melodic death metal, balancing the accessibility of the former with the aggression of the latter quite well.
