Motorhead  


Surely one of the most recognized names in metal, Motorhead is one of those bands that seemlingly will never die, still touring and recording after 30 years in the business. Like other bands who have survived this long, they will always be best known for their earlier works, with 1980's Ace Of Spades being one of the best metal albums by any band, ever, period (really, the quartet of albums recorded by the Kilmister/Clarke/Taylor lineup, those being Overkill through Iron Fist, would alone cement their reputation as a quality act). Yet, despite rarely tinkering with their basic dirty speed/rock/metal style, Lemmy and his gang continue to churn out albums pretty regularly, and with suprisingly consistent results. At this point, it's hard to imagine Motorhead ever calling it a day.
