Serpent  

Serpent was formed by former members of Therion and Entombed, but sound nothing like either band, opting instead for classic doom a la St. Vitus or The Obsessed, especially in the vocal department, where Piotr is a dead ringer for Scott Weinrich. An on-again, off-again band, they last recorded in 2006 and may or may not be active as of this writing.
