Swarm

With
Death Angel
(later
The Organization)
being put to rest around 1995, it would be several years before
the members re-emerged.
Swarm was founded in the late nineties by three members of DA, and
in 1999 released a four-track self-financed EP.
Even with only four songs, the songwriting here is more developed
and the influences more diverse, with little of their former band's
thrash roots left.
Nonetheless, their aggressive modern style is intriguing and
shows some great potential for the future.
Death Angel reformed some time ago, and Swarm has thus been
put on hold,
though a full-length album,
Beyond The End, was
eventually released
in Europe, featuring recordings made over the last several years.
