Uccultum

Uccultum is a New Hampshire power trio who has to date put out
two self-released albums, specializing in a sort of retro garage-y
sound, mostly mid-paced hard rock with Glenn Guimond's vocals
occasionally into Dave Mustaine territory.
Though not a stoner band, their 70's vibe has a bit in common
with such bands and thus could find an audience there.
Uccultum is neither complicated nor particularly contemporary,
but their songs have a nice groove to them, this being the kind of
band to headbang to in a dark, smokey bar.
It would be nice to see if they develop their sound further, but
for now
Songs For The Unbeliever is a satisfying album.
