A decent year, with the first three albums basically tied for best of the year. Nice comeback for Exodus and Ministry.

Is this Megadeth's last hurrah? If so, Dave's going out on top. Not a lot of surprises in the top ten (except perhaps Mastodon), though there are some interesting groups in the 11-30 range. If only #1 votes were counted, Orphaned Land would be in the Top Ten, meaning perhaps that those few who have heard the album really like it.
