Edenbridge
Edenbridge is one of several bands in the neo-classical,
melodic metal mold, with clear alto vocals from Sabine
Edelsbacher and flashy guitarwork from Lanvall,
who also contributes on keyboards.
They compare favorably with bands such as
Nightwish ,
Dreams Of Sanity ,
and
Sonata Arctica
(if the latter were fronted by a woman).
As with these others, Edenbridge is far from the heaviest
of metal bands, but their songs are expertly put together
and executed, and thus the band is quite recommended to fans
of European melodic metal.
