Elegy

Elegy was one of Holland's top progressive rock/metal band for several years, debuting in 1991 and releasing a string of quality albums throughout the next decade. Their sound was classic modern progressive metal (meaning they play in the same ballpark as Dream Theater though they don't necessarily sound exactly like them), and despite several lineup changes over the years neither the quality nor the style altered much. They look to be done at this point.
