Inner Strength

Inner Strength debuted in 1993 with Shallow Reflections displaying a form of progressive thrash vaguely along the lines of a more melodic and less chaotic Watchtower. The band rejected their record label's offer to do a second album, and unable to secure a new deal, broke up in early 1997. A mostly-original lineup came back together in 2020, and in 2024 Daydreaming In Moonlight was released, the band dropping the thrash influences in favor of a more conventional, yet still interesting, progressive metal approach.

Recent album: Daydreaming In Moonlight, released on July 19, 2024.
