Motorowl
Motorowl is an upstart band from Germany, formed in 2014 and soon,
without much fanfare or acclaim, signed to
Century Media
Records for their 2016 debut album,
recordings.
That debut,
Om Generator, is a pretty interesting slice of
doom-ish hard rock, with some stoner tendencies and a clear 70's
vibe due to well-placed Hammond organs.
The album has a nice relaxed pace with enough groove, variety
and catchiness to keep things lively.
Almost two years after the album's release, the band is still far from
a household name, but the future is bright.
