Arguably the best 80's band to emerge from Hawaii,
Sacred Rite managed to record three albums in quick succession
between 1984 and 1986, but then petered out.
Their early style derived somewhat from early
Iron Maiden and other influences of the time, while their remote location
seemed to allow them a bit of freedom to do their own thing.
Reunion albums eventually saw the light of day in 2003 and 2007.
