Spelljammer
Musically, Swedish trio Spelljammer descend from the family tree of
bands like
Sleep,
where slow, heavy riffing and hazy stoner vibes collide.
They stick pretty closely to the formula, so like many bands in this
space originality is at a premium, but they execute the style flawlessly.
Not a band to convert a listener not into this genre, but a solid
addition to those into the ultra-heavy, slightly spacey stoner/doom
side of metal.
