Spineflesh
The Italian electronic/techno/industrial duo
Spineflesh released a
four-track mini-CD in 2007, apparently their only release.
This is really more aligned with the techno world
than industrial metal (driven as it is by synthesizers
and dance beats),
yet it's still pretty heavy,
and the processed black metal-inspired vocal rasps
add a metal touch.
"True" metal fans won't get into this, but this might be a
good introduction to the techno/EBM scene.
