Wallop

Wallop was a little-known German metal band who managed one pretty decent album, Metallic Alps, in 1985. Their sound was typical for Germanic metal in the mid-eighties, meaning speedy traditional metal with a slight NWOBHM flair (the classic power metal style hadn't hit yet, though very early Helloween is a soundalike here). One could do a lot worse for this style.
