Warhorse

Warhorse was formed in 1970 by bassist Nic Simper after his departure from Deep Purple, and Deep Purple is a clear reference point for this band's sound, that being Hammond-driven early 70's hard rock, with a slight progressive edge. They split up in 1974 after two albums.

Note: no relation to the American doom band Warhorse.
