Corrosion Of Conformity

Corrosion Of Conformity (or simply COC) has had a storied career, with styles ranging from straight hardcore (first two releases), to heavy thrash (Animosity, Technocracy) to a more doomy, Sabbathy, somewhat southern-tinged metal style (Blind through Wiseblood), with the southern influences more pronounced on later material such as America's Volume Dealer. The band has frequently gone into hiatus over years as members have come and gone, with the longest and most permanent being the period between 2006 and 2010. That ended when the original core trio of Woody Weatherman, Mike Dean, and Reed Mullin officially came back together, and another erstwhile core member, Pepper Keenan, has joined them as of December 2014.
