Deliverance

One of the more prolific Christian bands in the metal world, Deliverance spent their early days playing speed/thrash metal, quite similar to then-labelmates Vengeance Rising, before moving on to a more melodic/alternative style around the time of 1994's River Disturbance, and back to their more familiar style with the later releases like As Above, So Below. Since then founder Jimmy P. Brown II has taken apart and put back together the band several times over the years, releasing albums every few years or so, most recently in 2018 with The Subversive Kind.
