Grin
Consisting of the pair of Jan and Sabine Oberg
(often noted as a "power couple", so presumably they're married rather
than siblings),
Grin is often listed as a sludge band, and
on their 2024 effort
Hush
there's some of that, but the prominent, rumbling bass
and feedback-laden guitars often give off strong late
Godflesh
vibes, albeit with organic drumming and more subdued, distant vocals.
Their earlier albums focused on drum and bass,
and are a bit more sludgy in style.
Upcoming album: Acid Gods,
release date May 30, 2025.
