La Chinga
Practically everything about this band screams stoner rock (save,
perhaps, their origin, as Vancouver isn't a hotbed for this style)
-- for one, just check out the album cover for
Freewheelin.
These guys are more hard rock, even classic rock, than the more
psychedelic bands of their ilk, with unabashed 70's influences and even
a bit of southern swagger thrown in for good measure.
