Luca Turilli's Rhapsody

The popular Italian symphonic band Rhapsody broke into two camps in August 2011, with essentially one group led by vocalist Fabio Lione (that band continues as Rhapsody Of Fire), and the other led by guitarist Luca Turilli, hence the name here of Luca Turilli's Rhapsody. The differences between the band members must have been personal, since as far as style goes, the two bands were similar in their approach. After two studio albums and a live effort, Turilli announced that the band was on hiatus, and then in 2018, he ironically reunited with Lione (who had left Rhapsody Of Fire, that band carrying on with a new singer), and so this band officially ended a yet another Rhapsody-labeled band has emerged in its place, going by the name Turilli/Lione Rhapsody.
