Dan Swanö
Among the many bands/projects that Dan Swano has been involved
with is at least one other solo project (that being
Nightingale),
but here he records under his name alone.
The style here is perhaps difficult to imagine but easy to
describe -- a mixture of death metal (vocals) and progressive
rock (keyboards that often bring bands like Styx or Kansas to mind),
with more straightforward metal guitar riffing.
Though an odd mixture, the results are worthwhile.
Swano stated some time ago he will not record under his name alone
in the future.
