Unleashed

The venerable death metal band Unleashed was formed by Johnny Hedlund following a stint in Nihilist, a band that eventually also produced Entombed. Never the most technical of bands, Unleashed has instead relied on a mid-paced, groove-oriented, straightforward death metal style that has served them well over the course of 15+ years.

Recent album: No Sign Of Life, released on August 15, 2025.
