Wretch
Wretch was formed by Karl Simon after he disbanded his previous band
Gates Of Slumber
(the new band named after a Slumber album),
and indeed this band's 2016 self-titled effort follows in his previous
group's footsteps, delivering solid garage-y sludge doom with a bit
of bluesiness thrown in the mix.
Simon reformed Gates Of Slumber in 2019, and sometime afterward this
band was put to rest.
Note: no relation to Wretch,
the Cleveland traditional metal band.
