Helloise
Helloise was formed by the pair of guitarist Ben Blaauw and drummer
Ernst Van Ee, splitting from their former band
Highway Chile
when that band apparently ran into recording difficulties.
Highway Chile was more in the hard rock realm and Helloise drove further
down that path, recording a pair of prime accessible hard rock albums
in the 80's before disbanding.
Several years later the band regrouped for
A Time And Place For Everything, and later, now reduced to a trio,
released
Fata Morgana in 2001.
Van Ee has been a successful session drummer for a variety of Dutch
bands.
