This Pennsylvania quintet put out an independent debut album,
In Forgotten Sleep in 2017, garnering several steller reviews.
They play an infectious brand of power/progessive metal with folk
overtones and epic, grandiose arrangements, which
compares favorably to bands like
Wilderun,
albeit a bit less deathy.
There's plenty of fine musicianship that doesn't overwhelm
with flashiness,
the longer tracks don't overstay their welcome,
and everything just feels professional and polished.
Their 2020 followup (
Edge Of Eternity) was still released
independently, which is odd in that this band deserves to be
on a label.
