Domovoyd

Another entrant into a thriving Finnish doom scene, Domovoyd opt for a far more fuzzed-out take on the genre, starting with a familiar doom base (Electric Wizard is an easy choice) but amping up the psychedelic/space rock aspect. Thus, most of the songs here are less standard doom tracks and more extended jam sessions, interspersed with spacey effects and sparse, distant, processed vocals. Pretty cool, and very trippy.
