Avulsed

A glance at the album/track titles (not to mention the cover artwork) might convince the listener that these Spaniards are nothing more than a Cannibal Corpse knock-off. A CC clone they are not, but nor are they that far removed, Avulsed dealing in mid-paced, brutal gore death metal, with vocalist Dave Rotten (who once ran the band's record abel, Repulse) churning out ultra-low-pitched growly vocals. Hardly the most original of bands, but there is a bit of variety to be found, and some nice crunchy guitar riff goodness as well. Not the best of the bunch, but far from the worst.
