Death Mask

Split The Atom, released in 1986, is a decent speed metal album by Death Mask, a New York band who somehow got the attention of the British record label Killerwatt Records. Apart from the high-pitched vocals of Stephen Michaels, there isn't much here that really stands out. The band didn't last long after the album's release, but did later reform in 2006 and put out a followup, Sitting In The Dark, in 2011.
