Depresy
One of the better-known bands from Slovakia,
Depresy specializes in a dense, complex, death/gothic metal style,
somewhat along the lines of a more technically-minded
Rotting Christ
perhaps.
The riffs change frequently, and thus the songs tend to blur together,
as the band really doesn't alter the formula from song to song.
Not exactly upbeat (thus befitting their name), their style takes
patience to get through, but they aren't bad for what they do.
