Morgoth

An early signee to the Century Media label and one of the earliest German death metal bands, Morgoth enjoyed success in the early 90's, with a style that initially was typical old school death metal and broadening their style by incorporating industrial/electronic influences on later albums. They broke up soon after 1996's Feel Sorry For The Fanatic, and remained dormant until 2010, when a modified lineup reunited. Two albums were released in 2012 and 2015 and later another hiatus was announced, followed by a formal declaration that they were indeed done in December 2020.
