Samurai

One of the hundreds of bands to make some noise as part of the NWOBHM movement, Samurai's first recordings appeared on the Roxsnax compilation back in 1980, essentially a three-way split album featuring several tracks each by Samurai and two other bands (Hollow Ground and Saracen). Several years later they signed to the Ebony label and released two albums in 1984 and 1986. Their style mixed classic early 80's Brit metal with a bit more of a hard rock base.
