These guys appear to have flown under the international radar,
releasing two albums in the nineties without much fanfare before
disappearing.
That's unfortunate, as their style on their second album,
Mercury, was quite engaging,
a relatively simplistic gothic metal style with growly vocals
and crunchy riffs.
Highlights include the almost hypnotic "The Tempter" with its
deep spoken vocal and the more upbeat title track, featuring
a simple yet effective main riff.
This was far from complex material, but somehow it works better
than it should, perhaps in a less-is-more way.
