Zeni Geva has been one of Japan's leading purveyors of
industrial-tinged noise metal for some time, with a style
that is at times reminiscient of early
Godflesh
(they even have a song called "Godflesh").
Somewhat unstructured, the material is understandably a bit uneven,
with some songs simply being too noisy while on other ones the
dischordance works to its advantage.
Freedom Bondage is arguably their best album.
