Therapy?

Founded in 1989, Therapy? is one of the more well-known bands to come out of Northern Ireland, certainly the biggest in the hard rock/metal world. Signing to A&M records after a couple of indie albums, their works such as 1992's Nurse and 1994's Troublegum got them some notoriety, but this is really a band operating on their own terms, and almost 30 years after their formation they're still at it. Though not direct soundalikes, they are kindred spirits to bands like Clutch -- not conventional metal or even traditional hard rock, but undeniably belonging in the conversation.
